The Story

The Mora Classic No 2 has been produced for 100 years in the Swedish village of Mora. During this period, however, it was updated. Fortunately without losing the origin of the knife.

This stunning knife is enhanced with a simple birch wood handle and comes with a simple sheath made from hard plastic with a leather belt loop. The spine of the blade is proof of the forging process. As with all carbon steel blades it is important to properly maintain the blade. Carbon steel is, after all, not stainless and needs to be stored while clean and dry.

This knife was traditionally used for jobs in and around the house, wood carving and other bushcraft tasks. A true classic for an appealing price. Made in Sweden.

Blade length: 10.5cm

Weight: 85g

Handle material: Birch wood

Type of steel: 1095 Carbon

Way of Sharpening: Scandi
